Punjab CM Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi Chairs MoU Signing Between PITB and Malaysian Company ReSkillsPITB and Malaysian company ReSkills signed an MoU, in a ceremony chaired by Punjab CM Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi, to provide free access of an online learning platform to 1 million Pakistani youngsters. The MoU was signed by PITB Chairman Syed Bilal Haider and ReSkills CEO Jin Tan. Punjab IT Minister Dr. Arslan Khalid, PITB DG e-Governance Sajid Latif, Ejad Labs CEO Arzish Azam and others were also present on the occasion.
According to the MoU, ReSkills will provide up to one million Premium Account Subscriptions worth US $12 Million. Each subscription will be valid up to 12 months from the date of registration. ReSkills will be providing these accounts free of cost to the Government of Punjab. This collaboration promises to empower the Pakistani youth to acquire new skills or upgrade their existing skillset and benefit from the rapidly evolving digital economy.
