PITB is an equal opportunity organization that is committed to strengthening its workforce by organizing training workshops through its HR wing to foster skills and acquaint the employees with latest management techniques.
PITB has also set up a Daycare Center at Arfa Software Technology Park (ASTP) to support the employees of both PITB and ASTP by helping them focus on their work by taking care of their children during working hours. Furthermore, PITB continuously initiates health activities and collaborations with eminent health facilities to ensure the wellbeing of its employees.
One of PITB’s latest steps include the ‘Carpool’ facility aiming to support a clean and green environment.
