Nabeel A. Qadeer as an enthusiastic promoter of tech startups brings to PITB extensive experience in project management, change management, strategy and planning, and management information systems. Managing projects for the PITB in the domain of Entrepreneurship & Enterprise Development, he has taken Plan9 - PITB's Tech Incubator, PlanX and TechHub Connect under his wings, which have thrived thenceforth. He has acquired his Baccalaureate in Software Engineering from FAST followed by MSc (Business & Management) from Strathclyde Business School, UK.
