A 3-day ‘Annual Managers Conference 2023 e-Khidmat Marakaz’ was held from January 23rd to 25th, 2023 at e-Khidmat Center located in Arfa Software Technology Park Lahore, hosting managers from all the e-Khidmat Centers across Punjab.
Chairman PITB Faisal Yousaf reviewed the overall performance of all the e-Khidmat Centers and discussed future initiatives falling in the domain of citizen facilitation and public services with them.
DG Government Digital Services Muhammad Waseem Bhatti further discussed the challenges and the way forward with the participants to enhance the public service delivery following the concept ‘Total Quality Management.’ He also announced setting up of six new centers provincewide.
Senior officials from PITB including DG e-Governance Sajid Latif, DG Business Development & Training Saima Shaikh, Chief Technology Officer Adil Iqbal Khan, ADG Admin Nisar Ahmed, Director HR Ahmed Adeel Sarwar, Director Development and Procurement Ata ur Rehman, Director Admin Aquil Khan and Director Audit Irtaza Hahsmat were also present.
