e-Credit Scheme is a digitized system developed by PITB for Punjab Agriculture Department for online verification and loan disbursement among the farmers. The system has enabled ‘Private Finance Initiatives (PFIs) and ‘Microfinance Institution’ (MFIs) to monitor real-time analytics and fair disbursement of interest free loan among the farmers. To date, it has successfully disbursed PKR 71 Billion+ among 275k registered farmers.
