Citizen Feedback Monitoring Program (CFMP) is Punjab IT Board’s special initiative to tackle petty corruption at its roots and to provide relief to the citizens. This one-of-a-kind model of proactive governance that aims at building trust with citizens, increasing citizen participation, reducing corruption and improving service delivery by enabling effective monitoring.
