Rasta Appointment System, developed by PITB, has been launched at Manawan Traffic Office, Lahore. CTO Lahore Mustansir Feroz, PSP hosted the launch ceremony where newly appointed Punjab Traffic DIG Mirza Faran Baig, PSP attended the event as chief guest. PITB IT-Ops Senior Program Manager Rai Rashid and Senior Software Engineer Mamoon Sharif gave a live demo of the system.
The system will help citizens to book appointments for their licensing tests via Mobile Application and Web portal with convenience and can avoid long queues. The initiative will soon be launched across Punjab.
