A meeting was held with Director Planning & Evaluation Livestock & Dairy Development Department (L&DD) Dr. Muhammad Ashraf along with the representatives from their Research, Extension and Production wings to discuss the ICT initiatives for the concerned department.
PITB’s ADG Khurram Mushtaq, Project Director Ali Raza Kheiri and Haroon Rasul Khokar and other senior officials from PITB’s e-Pay, e-Filing and Office Automation System (e-FOAS) and Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS) teams were present.
The participants deliberated upon the development and implementation of different systems including e-Pay, e-FOAS and HRMIS at L&DD. The attendees also discussed regarding the implementation of a Business Intelligence Model for effective data analysis for all the relevant systems. They also discussed the integration of existing systems for the automation of unstructured datasets and their standardization protocols as well as setting up the overall alert and feedback mechanism.
