Agriculture Secretary Wasif Khurhsheed visited Command and Control Center (CCC) established by PITB for the Agriculture Department.
PITB IT-Ops Director Usman Waheed gave an overall briefing on the initiatives taken and particularly apprised him over the functionality of the monitoring facility including the Call Center being operated by PITB’s Citizen Contact Center.
The Agriculture Secretary appreciated PITB’s efforts and suggested to extend the ICT-based initiatives to other Agriculture wings as well. DG Agriculture Extension Dr. Anjum Buttar, Technical Advisor to Secretary Agriculture Hafiz Abdul Rehman and other officials were also present.
