As part of introducing state of the art technologies to facilitate the citizens, PITB recently arranged a workshop in collaboration with Saudi based company Unifonic.
The workshop aimed at acquainting the participants, comprising senior management of PITB, with Omni channel product offered by Unifonic and how these products can contribute in improving customer experience of PITB services.
