The feedback received from citizens in the Citizen Feedback Monitoring Program Punjab (CFMP) database is analyzed and forwarded to relevant departments so that they can take corrective and impact measures based on it. Till date 11,200 corrective actions have been taken by the Government of Punjab in response to citizen feedback.
