Introducing the slogan ‘Give your voice a happy face’, the staff was trained on how to improve customer experience.
Moreover, the contact center was also decorated with bunting and wall fascia encompassing all the major helplines of Citizen Contact Center, which is a centralized call center platform for multiple government departments (attached/autonomous/semi-government bodies/departments/units) to interact with citizen.
