Viktor Hediger, Director McKinsey & Company, paid an exclusive visit to Punjab IT Board to get acquainted with ICT interventions by the Government of Punjab. Viktor Hediger was particularly familiarized with e-Governance endeavours in the public health departments. While sharing the challenges faced in the inception of health related ICT Interventions, Dr Umar Saif shared PITB’s success story in implementing tech-driven projects such as e-Vaccs, Anti-Dengue Tracking System and Disease Surveillance System. Viktor Hediger discussed the possibilities of collaborating with PITB in its health related initiatives and lauded Dr Umar Saif for his efforts.
