A two-days training session was conducted by PITB team for PESSI Principal Officers and Officials on Human Resource Management (HRM) & Payroll System on May 24th & 25th. The session was a continuation of capacity building of the department on various IT systems implemented at PESSI.
PESSI HRM & Payroll System is a comprehensive platform that covers various modules majorly covering Officers Profiles, Leave Management, Payroll Management, Transfer & Posting and Fleet Management. PITB is supporting PESSI in achievement of digitization goals through various IT initiatives.
