Director Provincial Council for the Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons (PCRDP) M. Irfan Gondal from Social Welfare & Bait-ul-Mal (SW&BM) department held a meeting with the representatives from PITB and Local Government & Community Development (LG& CD) regarding the ongoing ICT initiatives for the department. Deputy Director LG&CD Farooq Ahmad Khara was also present.
The main purpose was to discuss the ‘API Sharing’ and the data verification between LG&CD and SW&BM as well as to finalize the ‘Fields’ as part of the Disabled Persons Management Information System (DPMIS).
PITB Manager MIS Zunaira Ahmed gave a detailed insight into each field of the ‘API’ and explained that the goal of API sharing is to ensure an integrated/centralized system that aims at offering all the services for the Person with Disabilities (PWDs) in order to ensure easy workflow and efficient public service delivery.
Director PCRDP M. Irfan Gondal and Deputy Director LG&CD Farooq Ahmad Khara appreciated PITB’s support and discussed the way forward.
