Veterinary Academy at the University of Animal and Health Sciences (UVAS) Lahore organized an awareness session as part of ‘Departmental Promotional Training on Financial and Administration Management of Veterinary Professionals of BS-18 to BS-19 grade scale.’ The session particularly featured ICT initiatives rolled out by PITB in the public sector.
PITB representative from IT-Operations wing Senior Program Manager Rana Umair gave a detailed insight into the initiatives being taken for the digitization of Punjab Livestock Department and highlighted the key factors of the future roadmap in this regard.
The overall aim of the session was to familiarize the attendees with tech driven initiatives being taken for bringing about efficiency in the operations of the department across Punjab and those initiated for the healthcare of the livestock.
