A training was held at Arfa Software Technology Park (ASTP) for top 20 employers from various industries registered under the Punjab Job Center (PJC), an initiative of the PITB. The training focused on the complete recruitment process including Job Posting, Hiring, Selection/ Interview, Shortlisting and Closing.
The training was conducted by Senior Program Manager Shams-ul-Islam, Program Managers Shurjil Butt and Syed Umar and Program Officer Ammar Tahir. The activity was aimed at training the recruiters regarding ease of selection for required working human capital across Punjab by using Punjab Job Center web portal. The participating employers also shared their suggestions & queries during the training session.
