Uber Signs MoU with PITB

Uber, the technology platform that connects riders to drivers through an application, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with PITB today. The MoU is a commitment to employ technology to ensure additional safety and convenience for Lahoris.
Dr Umar Saif stated that he is proud to partner with Uber adding that Uber shall pave way for creating more economic opportunities for individuals and local enterprises. Talking to the media, Dr Saif said that PITB shall also facilitate Uber in keeping the record of ownership, driving history and criminal record of drivers who sign up at Uber. Senior International Launcher for Uber, Loic Amado, expressed that Uber is excited to collaborate with PITB. He said that the flexibility, entrepreneurial opportunity and earning potential of Uber’s innovative technology has a transformational impact on the livelihoods of driver partners and their families.
