The Mandi App Portal, developed by PITB for the Punjab Agriculture Department, monitors the truck arrival, auction and market fee of various commodities across Punjab. The system also monitors the auction and retail price differences. The real-time recording of commodities arrival, registration of Commission Agents and digital record of auctions has ensured the transparency.
