PITB team led by Additional Director General (ADG) Muhammad Kashif Farooq attended a meeting chaired by Social Welfare and Bait-ul-Maal (SW&BM) Director General (DG) Muddassir Riaz Malik at his office. Punjab Bait-ul-Maal Ameen Jubair Ghani was also present in the meeting.
PITB ADG Muhammad Kashif Farooq gave a briefing about various ICT (Web/Mobile App) based initiatives that are being developed and deployed by PITB for the department. These initiatives include Disabled Persons Management Information System and PWD Services App. The goal of these initiatives is to provide PWDs with access to information and services, and to facilitate their participation in society.
Director General (DG) SW&BM appreciated the efforts of PITB team and emphasized on the implementation of PITB developed initiatives that will facilitate the Person with Disabilities (PWDs).
