PITB delegation, comprising representatives from the Bizlinks wings namely Director Muhammad Jahanzeb Akbar, JD Mudassir Paracha and JD Shahzad Anwar (IT-Ops wing), visited Islamabad for a meeting with Special Technology Zones Authority (STZA) Chairman Azfar Manzoor and STZA Director Research & Market Intelligence Dr. M. Ali.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss potential collaboration for the development of special technology zones. Director Muhammad Jahanzeb Akbar gave a detailed overview on PITB's latest initiative Bizlinks that has opened new doors of collaboration between the public and private sector. He emphasized on how Bizlinks would help foster the local IT industry and create digital footprint globally. Director Muhammad Jahanzeb Akbar also presented a souvenir of PITB's Bizlinks to STZA Chairman Azfar Manzoor.
The overall aim was to explore ways to combine technology and expertise from both organizations to create advanced technology hubs, foster innovation, economic growth and cutting-edge advancements in Pakistan's tech industry.
