Secretary Punjab Provincial Transport Authority (PTA) Faisal Abbas visited PITB along with a delegation of officials from Punjab Transport Department. A brief description was given on Business Requirement Document (BRD) for revamping of Transport Department Automation System.
The delegation comprised Director Planning Punjab Provisional Transport Authority (PTA) Sulaiman Majeed, Secretary Regional Transport Authority (RTA) Gujranwala Javed Iqbal, Secretary RTA Lahore Khalid Mahmood, Director IT PTA Lahore Mr. Asim, DM IT PTA Lahore Salman Amin, DM Permits Punjab Transport Company (PTC) M.Shahbaz Khan, A.M PTC Mr. Tahir and others.
Senior officials from PITB included CTO Adil Iqbal Khan, ADG IT-Operations Syed Qasim Ifzal, Director Atif Hussain and JD Arsalan Manzoor.
The delegation was given a detailed presentation on the revamping of Transport Department Automation System. The delegates appreciated PITB's contribution in this regard and discussed the way forward.
