A meeting was held between PITB and the Law & Justice Commission of Pakistan for the automation of their operations and processes.
The meeting was chaired by Law & Justice Commission of Pakistan Secretary Riffat Inam Butt. The Joint Secretaries Nasrullah Khan, Jawad Khan and Nadia Amjad were also present.
Representatives from PITB IT-Operations wings, Director Jamal Ahmad and team member SPM Qasim Tufail gave a detailed overview of various IT initiatives rolled out by PITB and those implemented in other provinces.
A detailed discussion was also held on the implementation of Smart Monitoring of Development Projects (SMDP), e-Filing and Office Automation System (e-FOAS), Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS), Library Management System (LMS) and the establishment of the Data Center.
The Secretary appreciated PITB's support and discussed the way forward.
