Additional Secretary Punjab Labour & Human Resource Department Tauseef Dilshad Khatana held a meeting with PITB Director e-Governance Ali Zeb to discuss employing the services offered by PITB Citizen Contact Center (CCC) for Punjab Labour & Human Resource Department.
PITB Director e-Governance Ali Zeb gave him a detailed brief of various services being offered including the Robo Calls, SMS and Grievance Redressal Mechanism module to facilitate the general public.
The key purpose of availing CCC services is to facilitate job seekers and the labour community across Punjab with an aim to address their queries and concerns in a timely manner. This innovative approach will also help the employers to connect with the potential candidates.
