A series of trainings on 'Data Verification Drive' as part of Persons with Disabilities (PWD) Services App was organized by PITB across Punjab. The purpose of the training was to acquaint concerned personnel with the functionality and benefits of PWD Services App. The activity was carried out in different districts of Punjab including Mandi Bahauddin, Hafizabad, Gujranwala, Narowal, Gujrat, Jhelum and Rawalpindi.
The trainings were delivered by PITB representatives from Disabled Persons Management Information System (DPMIS) team namely Noreen Anwer, Adnan Javed, M. Kamran Yousaf, Faiza Saleem and Usman Ahmed.
Deputy Directors, Issuance of Disability Certificates staff as well as those from Tehsil Assessment Board (TAB), Social Welfare Officers (SWO), and Medical Welfare Officers (MSO) along with Focal Persons from Special Schools were among the attendees.
During the trainings, PITB team also updated the data of PWDs and registered new users on PWD Services App.
