An orientation session on 'Automation of Welfare Grants' was held by Punjab Workers Welfare Fund in collaboration with PITB. Secretary Labour & Human Resource Department Faisal Farid and Secretary Punjab Workers Welfare Fund Toqeer Ilyas Cheema and Director (Admin) PWWF Muhammad Naveed Sarwar were present at the occasion.
PITB Director Syed Nayyer Ali gave a detailed overview and demonstration of the system to the participants. Directors Labour from across Punjab and PWWF Officers attended the session and were imparted hands-on training of the system.
The session aimed at training the officers on the features of the system including online processing of applications. During the session, they highlighted the significance and importance of the API based integrated features and the overall user experience. The training concluded with an interactive Q&A session.
The session ended with the address of Secretary Labour & Human Resource Department Faisal Farid and Secretary Punjab Workers Welfare Fund Toqeer Ilyas Cheema. They also applauded the efforts and contribution of PITB in rolling out the initiative.
