A 5-day training was held on PITB developed 'Financial Reporting System (FRS)' under the 'Capacity Building Programme (CPD).' The training was held for the Non-Teaching Staff of Quaid-e-Azam Academy for Educational Development (QAED) Punjab aiming to acquaint them with the system.
FRS is a centralized reporting mechanism to record and report various expense heads to have better visibility, control of utilization, and inventory management.
PITB representatives from IT-Solutions wing, Program Manager Khurram Shahzad and Programme Officer Ali Hassan, gave an extensive demo of FRS to them. The participants, including 55 Junior Clerks and 26 Junior Lecturer Assistants, hailed from 29 Districts of Punjab.
The core focus of the program covered all the important aspects such as training organization, adept financial management and fostering essential ICT proficiencies.
