Secretary Punjab Industries, Commerce & Investment Department (ICI&SD) Ehsan Bhutta had a meeting with PITB Director e-Governance Ali Zeb to discuss the Omni Channel Contact Center, SMS, Robo Calls and Grievance Redressal Mechanism modules for the department. industries and investors.
PITB Citizen Contact Center (CCC) team members Senior Manager QA & Training Shahbaz Ahmed and Senior Manager Business Development Umair Ali also participated in the meeting.
The purpose of acquiring PITB CCC services is to facilitate the investors and industries across Punjab with a centralized CRM and contact center. This would also help in providing the stakeholders with ease and access to information essential for attracting investment in Punjab.
