Deputy District Prosecutor/In-charge Complaint Cell Rana Jahanzeb chaired a progress review meeting with PITB and Public Prosecution team on the e-Complaint Mobile Application for general public. The meeting was held at Arfa Software Technology Park.
The Mobile App will facilitate the citizens to register complaints regarding any specific case, behavior/code of conduct of the officer and any other case related issue. The app will also help the department in monitoring its staff and relevant cases.
PITB team including Director Jamal Ahmad, SPM Salman Ali Khan, PM Maryam Fazil and technical team briefed the visiting delegation on the application.
