As part of PITB's e-Library project, 'e-Membership' and 'e-Attendance' are being rolled out across Punjab. So far, both initiatives have been implemented at e-Libraries in Muzaffargarh, Multan, Vehari and Toba Tek Singh.
These initiatives aim at helping the libraries to monitor all aspects of administration of library members. As part of this, turnstile gates will also be installed at all the major libraries for e-Attendance.
Overall, e-Membership and e-Attendance are already successfully operational at Government Punjab Public Library, Quaid-e-Azam Library and Model Town Library in Lahore.
