A series of trainings on 'Geo Tagging, Data Verification Drive and Persons with Disabilities (PWD) Services App' was organized by PITB across Punjab. The purpose of the training was to acquaint the concerned personals with the functionality and benefits of PWD Services App and how to use the Geo Tag feature in the App. During the trainings, PITB team also updated the data of PWDs and registered new users on PWD Services App.
The trainings were delivered by PITB representatives from Disabled Persons Management Information System (DPMIS) team namely Noreen Anwar, Maryam Shahzadi, Adnan Javed, Mayra Mahmood, Faiza Saleem and Usman Ahmed.
Deputy Directors, Issuance of Disability Certificates staff as well as those from Tehsil Assessment Board (TAB), Social Welfare Officers (SWO), and Medical Welfare Officers (MSO) along with Focal Persons from Special Schools were among the attendees.
The activity was carried out in different districts of Punjab including Bhakar, Rawalpindi, Attock, Chakwal, Multan, Vehari, Muzafargarh, Khanewal and Rahim Yar Khan.
