NEP NICs is a startup incubation initiative of PITB and the Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication (MoITT). Applications are open for Gujrat, Jamshoro, Karachi, Kohat, Lahore, Muzaffarabad, Quetta, Rawalpindi, Sukkur, Swat, and Taxila.
