A delegation from Virtual University visited Citizen Contact Centre in continuation of the fulfilment of the commitment between both the departments regarding activation of Virtual University Helpline at Citizen Contact Center through a Toll Free Number 0800-88088.
The CCC Team member, Mr. Umair Ali- Senior Manager discussed the modalities of formal contract signing and helpline activation with Virtual University team Mr. Babar Ali - General Manger Television Virtual University, Mr. Syed Naushad- Network Executive and other officials.
In recognition of the importance of a dedicated helpline, a work order has been issued by the management of Virtual University for initiation of required work for the development of helpline. The concerned teams of both departments have agreed to work in close coordination to improve the service delivery to all the stakeholders of the Virtual University.
