A formal ceremony was held today at Arfa Software Technology Park for contract signing between PITB and Supernet Limited. The purpose of the agreement is to enable Omni Channel Contact Center Services for improved service delivery of PITB's Citizen Contact Center (CCC).
The contract was signed by PITB DG e-Governance Sajid Latif and Director Supernet Limited Ahmar Qamar on behalf of their respective organizations.
During the ceremony PITB DG Sajid Latif gave a detailed overview of PITB interventions aiming to enhance public service delivery through e-Governance. Additionally, PITB Director e-Governance Ai Zeb discussed the scope of CCC and the state-of-the-art services being offered at CCC.
Supernet Limited Head of Department Government Sales Salman Sadiq Awan along with other officials and PITB's Senior Project Manager Shahbaz Ahmed and Program Manager Syed Suleman were also present.
