PITB's Citizen Contact Center (CCC) signed an agreement with Virtual University of Pakistan to collaborate for the benefit of students. As part of the agreement, the Citizen Contact Center will provide the SMS and complaint calling services to the Virtual University students. PITB Director e-Governance Ali Zeb and Virtual University Director-ICT Ehsen Zafar Puri signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.
Senior Manager Business Development Umair Ali and Program Manager Waqas Ahmed from CCC and Network Executive (Operations & Monitoring) Syed Naushad Shah and other officials from Virtual University of Pakistan participated in the event.
The collaboration aims at facilitating all the stakeholders by integrating Contact Centre Services for improved service delivery with a special focus on the convenience of students.
