PITB organized an orientation session for the new recruits in order to acquaint them with the work culture and environment of the organization.
Managed by PITB HR wing and conducted by HR representative Senior Program Manager Amina Rab, it is one of the most important functions of the HR wing to welcome the new members of the PITB family as it serves as an important element of recruitment and retention process.
The core purpose of the activity is to encourage employee confidence and help them adapt to their new job. The overall purpose is to ensure an effective and productive workforce.
