A delegation from Punjab Women Protection Authority, comprising Senior Psychologist Muneera Manzoor Butt and team member Meerab Lodhi, visited Citizen Contact Center (CCC) to get acquainted with the state-of-the-art facility established by PITB.
CCC representatives Senior Program Manager Shahbaz Ahmed along with Program Manager Waqas Ahmed and Program Officer Rubab Abidi gave a comprehensive overview of the services being offered by CCC across Punjab and discussed the overall operations of CCC.
The delegation also toured the entire facility and had a one-to-one interaction with the agents. They appreciated CCC staff for their dedication towards providing flawless services and showed keen interest in strengthening the collaboration between the two departments.
