Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department (SHC&ME) Minister Dr. Javed Akram paid a visit to the Punjab Institute of Mental Health (PIMH) in Lahore.
During the visit, PITB Senior Program Manager Hassan Ayaz gave an overview of the functioning of PITB developed Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) and apprised him about the system's notable benefits for both patients and the management of PIMH Lahore.
Punjab Health Minister acknowledged PITB's contribution and support towards enhancing the operational efficiency and the quality of overall healthcare services of the department.
