PITB Developed QMS Ensuring Convenience for Patients in OPD

Queue Management System (QMS), as part of PITB developed Hospital Management Information System (HMIS), issues sequential tokens to the patients in the Outpatient Department (OPD). In this way, the preferential treatment is eliminated and equal right to service is practiced. QMS is also assisting in creating an organized patient flow management in HMIS powered hospitals across Punjab.
