Dr Saif Addresses University of Washington & University of California

Vice Chancellor ITU and Chairman PITB, Dr Umar Saif, addressed the faculty members and students of University of Washington, Seattle and University of California, Berkeley. He talked about the set up and working of PITB and ITU and how effectively is PITB employing technology to help government improve performance.
