Secretary College Education Department Sindh Sadaf Anees Shaikh visited PITB for a meeting with PITB DG IT Solutions Waqar Naeem Qureshi and get acquainted with PITB's ICT interventions in various government departments with special focus on the Higher Education Department.
Additional Director General Omar Salman and Joint Director Sajjad Ahmad Qureshi briefed them on IT initiatives rolled out for the transformative journey of the Higher Education Department (HED) and the profound impact of digitization on the educational ecosystem of Punjab.
Secretary College Education Department showed keen interest in PITB developed systems including College Information System (CIS), College Monitoring System, and Online College Admission System (OCAS). A detailed discussion was also held on key areas of collaboration. The delegation lauded PITB for its support and discussed the way forward.
