Dr Saif Addresses at Microsoft Head Office and Washington University

Vice Chancellor ITU and Chairman PITB, Dr Umar Saif, addressed a gathering of experts and students at the head office of Microsoft and Washington University, respectively. During his stay at the United States, Dr Saif shall be delivering lectures on various subjects including e-governance at the Facebook headquarter, World Bank Secretariat and several other universities and organizations.
