Online Learners Driving License, part of Driving License Issuance Management System (DLIMS), is a collaborative initiative of PITB & Punjab Traffic Police implemented on the directive of CM Punjab. Citizens can apply on the PITB developed Driving License Issuance Management System – DLIMS
