PITB HR Wing Organizes Orientation Session for The New Employees

PITB HR wing organized an orientation session to acquaint the new employees with the official mandate of the organization. The attendees were briefed about the basic guidelines related to their jobs and relevant departments. A detailed briefing was also given on the overall culture of the organization. PITB ADG Syed Qasim Ifzal delivered the welcome note to the new joiners.

The PITB HR wing, organizes such sessions twice a week and believes that these serve as an important element of the recruitment and retention process.
