Regional Plan 9, a startup incubation program executed by PITB Incubation wing, offers incubation for early stage startups on a zero equity model. Regional Plan9 aims to encourage tech entrepreneurship by helping startups build sustainable businesses. In 2023, 163 startups successfully graduated from Regional Plan 9 across Punjab.
