PITB commenced a 3-day training session today for the PSP (Police Service of Pakistan) Officers of the 50th Common Police Service of Pakistan to acquaint them with smart policing ICT initiatives rolled out across Punjab and in other provinces.
PITB ADG Syed Qasim Ifzal gave a detailed overview on PITB developed IT systems and infrastructure for the Punjab Police and how it is helping in ensuring law and order while enhancing public service.
A hands-on training was also delivered by PITB SPM Umer Mirza to acquaint the participants with Dataplug while SPM Rai Rashid discussed the applications the attendees will work on in the following sessions.
