National Expansion Plan of NICs, an initiative of Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication (MoITT) and executed by PITB, envisions to build the largest technology incubation hub by fostering the ecosystem of startups nationwide. With 13 Incubation Centers in 6 regions across Pakistan, 261 startups successfully graduated under this initiative in 2023.
