A training was held on the recently launched Special Education Information System (SEIS) for the Special Education Department. PITB Program Officer Irum Ramzan gave a detailed demonstration to the District Education Officers (DEOs) in this regard. DG Special Education Amina Munir, Director Planning & Development Zahid Majeed and Deputy Director Monitoring Anbreen Aslam were also present.
SEIS is a comprehensive system designed for self-reporting by students and teachers to provide real-time data. Each student is uniquely identified through a Form B Number. Overall, SEIS aims to monitor Special Education institutions in order to provide a dashboard for immediate access to enrollment statistics, school facilities, and faculty information.
