Inspector General (IG) Sindh Police Riffat Mukhtar Raja launched PITB developed 'Sindh Complaint Management System' in Karachi. DIG Establishment Pir Mohammad Shah, DIG Headquarters Muhammad Zubair, DIG IT Younas Chandio, Director IT Tabbasum Abid, AIG IT Malik Murtaza, as well PITB Director Asim Iqbal and Project Director Rai Rashid were present.
'Sindh Complaint Management System' aims at automating the traditional system by allowing the user to digitally log police complaints, maintain records, and serve as a foundational element for the 'Police Station Record Management System' and digital FIR.
