Chief Minister Punjab Mohsin Naqvi inaugurated the newly constructed Sardar Fateh Muhammad Khan Buzdar Institute of Cardiology in Dera Ghazi Khan. Secretary Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education Department Ali Jan and other officials were also present.
During the event, PITB team gave a comprehensive overview to CM Punjab about the implementation of the Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) at the institute.
In this regard Chairman PITB Faisal Yousaf said that HMIS is an advanced mechanism that aims at making administrative workflows easier, reducing chances of human error. The centralized system is beneficial for both the hospital management and the patients, as every patient's data is easily accessible at any HMIS powered hospital across Punjab.
This event underscored a strong dedication to healthcare progress, as the newly constructed hospital boasts upgraded infrastructure and superior healthcare facilities, ultimately aiming to provide enhanced services for patients in the local area.
